I did the same, Ordered last Friday and delivered today, Wonderful Service

I have just experienced the same, ordered items from Foxy Studio last Thursday and had them delivered yesterday and I am in the UK. Also, ordered an item from a UK company well over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived, even though I paid next day delivery, I have been in touch with them vis email and no response as yet.

Have to agree with you @oddball:thumbsup:

Just tried out the products I bought
Molotow 2mm and 4mm I can see these coming in very handy
Also bought the deluxe eraser kit

Peeps if you are looking to buy an eraser I will highly recommend this one.
I already had a derwent one which was pants, wobbled when using as internal holder was just a piece of plastic, eat batteries within minutes.

This one has a much fine rubber, also loads of spares to get you started, a spare rubber holder. The piece that holds the rubber in is a metal ring, doesn't wobble and comes with a power supply. The only down side for me is the power cord is a bit short, but I'll find some fittins and extend that. The power is also pretty constant with minimal decrease when erasing. Wish I had bought this one to begin with.

Well I have all the kit now, just need to learn how to use it.lol

Have to agree with you @Trem , I find British companies need to improve there customer experience in general but that said I do also get great service from some.

I know who to shout on when I need some refills then, postage was the only down side for my small order.

I agree with everything you say @Smiler65 Brilliant bit of kit!

I also bought the eraser kit couple of weeks back and its the shiz. Also as stated above great service. @Madbrush will be our go to man for refills [emoji6]

My last order I actually started feeling guilty with all the questions and back and forth between them and me. And I use a parcel forwarding service with an address in London. It also took 3 days to get there and a few more to get so SA. But then our customs decided to pick my parcel as a random check and it was with them for 3 more weeks not knowing how to classify the contents. Some items were taxable and some not. They luckily let it go with no extra payments.

Is the eraser the style up one, with the mains adapter and spare bits and bobs? I hope so, cos that's what I've not so subtly asked my daughter to get me as a pressie.

Oh and it comes with a propellor to use as a fan in the summer. The yellow thing in Matty photo.
