I'm getting into this craft as a way to step up my computer modding game. I want to eventually become excellent at making computers look awesome, and airbrushing will definitely be a good skill to know to help me do that. So, I hope to learn from and share my work with you all! Should be fun.

Welcome from Australia.
Where do you call home? How about some pics of what you currently do and an idea of how you want to 'step up' will help us guide you better.

Welceom from New Zealand. What @JackEb said! Check out the Airbtushtutor website, he has some great videos and tutorials there for a good set of base skills. From there it is time and practice.

Is Modding a computer still a thing ? With the prices of Motherboards and cpu going up . Water cooling systems being way to over priced these days I figured that was becoming more of a thing of the past. Or are you just Case modding like adding cut outs that look like dragons with plexi inserts and custom graphics.

Welcome, I painted on old computer because it's nice and flat and big and I wanted to play with new stencils and ppg auto clear. The green side is pretty meager maybe I work it more sometime, I recently wet sanded and reshot clear on them and the clear is like glass now that I got its number. These pics have a lot of orange peel. The top is primed and sanded smooth ready for next experiment.

I'm from the east coast USA. You could see everything I've already done on my YouTube channel but, I haven't done any airbrushing yet. I do plan to very soon though.

I love that dude, I've already watched a bunch of the videos!

Yeah watercooling is super expensive but I do just plan to do some case mods. Cut windows and make cool acrylic designs and paint cool stuff on the case, stuff like that. Case modding is alive and well, there are way better modders out there than I am :)

Dude awesome! I like it, the orange peel doesn't really bother me at all. I want to paint some video game characters on my case I think

@MeeshellMP, @Steve McCracken, & @Ricky Spanish - Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, your in the right place to learn. Take your time, its a steep learning curve but you will get it eventually. The more you practice the easier it gets. If you get stuck, have a search on the forum, if you can't find anything then post it up and one of us will get back to you.
