Anyone know where to get this check valve for a Badger Silent Air?

I have a Badger silent air compressor from around 1994 that needs a new check valve. I wrote Badger and they said they could be no help.

This is what it looks like, I'm having an awful time finding something to replace it. Would anyone have a suggestion on a next step?

The actual model is a Badger 380-6. Here is the section that the check valve connects to, in case that helps--

Can you post a picture of the actual compressor? I expect they are made somewhere else and just badged...

Looks like what I'm after, thank you.

edit: mine appears to be 3/8" inlet, and the unloader is an M6 size, I know that from replacing the unloader tube in the past.

Not 100% sure whether the inlets are even 3/8", or at least not NPT, given the unloader is M6. The compressor is made in Italy so wondering if it's all metric...

Do you have a way to measure the OD of the threads you have showing? Like a Dial caliper perhaps.

Ok, I just got off my butt and went and looked at my stash of compressors and I have that exact setup.
You are right, that valve is NOT 1/4". Unfortunately mine is a complete setup and I would have to take it apart to figure out what threading that is.

Here's who makes mine

Look towards the bottom of this CM4C0046---that's the part I think. It's listed as 1/8"

Thanks very much. I'll reach out to them and see if I can order that part. If they have it and aren't charging some outrageous markup I'll make it work with my compressor.

Any luck finding replacement parts for the 380-2?
Mine has numerous pin-hole leaks in the air tank but an otherwise fine Italian motor. I need a replacement 1.3 gal. tank. Any idea where to look?

Have you contacted Badger? They are excellent with their customer service.
