I will have to give David a call and have a talk with him about this . It seems that he should be able to do better and give the shipping cost on the spot . Being when I need something form him I just call him on the phone. But I know that is not always an options for those who do not live in the US.

First time I had a problem with Chicago ab supply, was my last order. The Auto Borne sealer SUCKED!! it was all chunky and poop. Wasnt asnything I could really do, had to use it. Strained it, but still didnt do much good

Since I live not too far from the US/Canada border, I have a US mailing address. They email me when my order has arrived, I go pick it up, pay them a $5 holding fee & cross the border. Nine times out of ten customs just lets me go. This place will hold my order for 30 days giving me plenty of time to pick it up. Also, a lot of the time, the shipping is free within the US or if they don't ship to Canada, I still have an option. Right now the Canadian dollar isn't doing that well so I have to factor that in as to whether it's worth going that route.

If you order from coast over the phone You will get an immediate price on shipping. They supply the finest artists and blasters (or both) on the planet Plus you are going to get what you asked for.. Unlike some of the others out there Not some return. You need to talk to David and his peeps To know that he is passionate about his customers New or old. Big order or small.. Try that anywhere else

I don't doubt you that Coast have good people there. Your enthusiasm for them only makes it more difficult that it's just too convoluted to buy from them. However, If I have to phone them to get a price on shipping then it's not gonna work. I may have to get up in the middle of the night so it's during their trading hours. I'd imagine the call might be quite long as I list things I want, then they work out the total cost and postage and take payment. The cost of the international call would negate any savings from their good prices. If you know them well then please tell them that they need to modernise their website to automatically calculate postage for those of us not in the U.S. Better still, just make it free postage world wide for orders over a certain amount.

Ordered candy 2.0 and pearl from them along with changing needle size on my neo to .5. After I got paint I couldn't get on forum had error so wasn't able to get in and find info. So I called coast. I never got her name but the gal on tech side helped me with start off mix ratios for my pearl which helped a lot. Great service from them on tech questions.
