Hi,

well what to say. I have some skills, was born with them, but I kind of ignored them. It's funny cause as a kid I always assumed I'd be a well known artist someday, as an adult I never gave it any thought.

So after waking from a coma a few years back I've been getting to know myself and I'm gonna see if I can dig those old skills out and give them some exercise, see whats what.

I have an Iwata HP-C to start with and I'm looking to mix the airbrush up with some pen and ink and pencil work. See if I can develop a style worth my childhood memories. I also plan on painting some motorized stuff. :)

Looking for a place to hang. We will see how it goes.

Welcome aboard!! Just so ya know, there are no OLD people here (shh they dont know they are older than dirt lol), we are all just wise weirdos :glasses::D

Welcome to the family from the uk! You have a great gun there, to get those pics in your head out into the world. And this is the best place to hang!

Welcome to the forum. The old, reliable HP-C is a terrific airbrush, and still my go-to for most tasks and all-time favorite. Good choice!

Thanks everyone :)

Here is my first piece. It is a combination of airbrush, pen and ink and pencil.

I started it a couple of days after my first post here and finished it yesterday. Patience over skill at the moment but I'll get better. I learned a ton doing this as I tried quite a number of techniques before settling on this combination and completing the project. The subject is my deceased father and it will be a Christmas gift to my mother.

Welcome from down under. I have a hpc plus . Had nothing but trouble the other day, but all it required was cleaning the airvalve. Works awesome again.
