Fixed last problem...sort of.

Alright, well I posted a thread about my Krome only spraying when I push forward. I fixed that...sort of. For it to work, I have to pull back my needle so that it isn't even in the nozzle, and I can't see it out of the cap. I don't know why, but thats what it was. But now, since the needle isnt in the nozzle, it just sprays really wide and sort of all over the place. If I try pushing the needle in, where it should be, it just stops working again, not even letting any paint out (not even if I push forward now). Anyone have any ideas? Maybe wrong sized nozzle? Or cap?

EDIT: THIS AB IS screwed! CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO REMOVE THIS THREAD, BUT THIS THING HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS SO NO NEED FOR AN ANSWER. JUST GOING TO BUY A NEW AB! IF YOU HAVE ANY FOR SALE, CHECKOUT MY THREAD ON BUYING ONE!

No need to cuss, Sounds like its still clogged up or has a bent needle,Pull it apart again and check everything out piece by piece, check the nozzle, needle, cap, and the sealing areas, also check that you have all the pieces and that there in the right place and facing the right direction(use the exploded view on you instructions) then clean all the parts and reassemble it sealing the threads with chapstick or beeswax so you have no air leaks an try again,if it still wont work right contact badger and see what they can do for you? That it sprays when the needles pulled tells me your getting the air thru the brush enough to pull paint out of the cup when the opening at the tip is large(open all the way) you might have to large of pigment in the paint and its clogging it up ,try spraying just water first if it sprays then you know its the paint that's the prob.

I'd say it's one of those or a dirty nozzle.

If the air cap isn't the correct size for the nozzle, it would cause either a lack of air flow, or improper air flow around the nozzle. This would cause little to no paint to come out unless the trigger were all the way back.

We as adults are advised to watch our language because we have younger members, how ridiculous is it then if those younger members can't do the same? This is the correct way to go about getting banned.

There is nothing wrong with your brush, it simply needs a service and there are places that will do that for, since you are in the USA you could send it straight to Badger instead of spitting your dummy.

Like I said elsewhere, you need to learn how to care for your equipment before tampering with it.

This might or might not help...Taking apart my Paasche talon the other day for cleaning, I noticed a slight burr as well as drag marks on the part #17 on the diagram. These were on the rear of the widest part (spring stop). On occasion I could feel a slight drag when releasing the trigger. I took my Dremel tool with a soft buffing wheel, applied some jewelers rouge to the wheel and polished the circumference of that area. Cleaned it up, applied a light coating of lube and it operates a lot smoother now with no drag releasing the trigger.

The krome should have came with 2 nozzles and 2 needles , One being the .2 detail set up and the other being the .3 .
Mixing parts one to the other will result in poor spray pattern.

As you can see from the parts listing on this page you have ultra fine and fine.
So where did you buy the airbrush?
