Ok have stripped and cleaned my wee workhorse but she is driving me mad I sure it's something silly but she keeps bubbling up as soon as air goes on. Feel silly for asking anyone got some advice.

As the infinity often comes with a 0.15 and 0.4 set. Are you sure all parts are from the correct set (that means if you use the 0.15 you'll need the 0.15 needle, nozzle and nozzle cap). Mixing those parts up will result in all kinds of problems.

If thats not the case chances are either your nozzle or the "paint passage" from cup to nozzle are clogged.

Check that there is no tiny speck of dirt on the tip of the needle, check also that the nozzle is firmly seated and that it's O ring hasn't slid to one side or has dirt or residue on it and that there is nothing obstructing the gap between the nozzle and the air cap, that probably all sounds silly too but it only takes the tiniest speck to cause a problem.

Hi it's only the 0.15 set up and have checked it all soaked it and will have another look once I have had a cuppa thanks guys. Feel so silly.

Make sure your nozzle cap is on right.. My evolution has similar sometimes and 9 out of 10 the nozzle cap loose.

Had a look at nozzle and all looks ok all seals look ok and have made sure it's tight. This has wasted my day. I f I had hair it would be pulled out by now. Lol

How about the tension screw inside the body.. maybe it loose.

have you had a good look on the inside of the nozzle cap? the slightest tiniest little speck is all it takes.

Ok not got a clue aaargghh. Don't recall this issue with my other brushes.

Take off the o ring on the back of the nozzle check both sides for grime, do this with a magnifying glass or loupe if you have one, you would be amazed, if you can't find anything anywhere maybe your nozzle is slightly splayed.

Splayed!! explain please just replaced nozzle and needle.
So frustrating and I'm sure it will be something simple that I'm over looking.

I meant you could have slightly damaged the nozzle while cleaning but I doubt that, try simply stripping it down, cleaned erything again and put it back together and see what transpires, often it is something you just can't see with the naked eye.

If all else fails, lob that mother and get yourself an iwata like what did lol

I looked at the Teflon ring seems ok but think I will order a new one as its always getting cleaned.

They sell an entire o-ring and seals kit for the Evo/Infinity, it has anything you would need.

Lol well it is a split in the nozzle can't believe it worn on one side and a 2mm fine split. Not impressed as I have just replaced the whole front assembly.
I would love a kustom micron iwata maybe one day. Thanks so much for all your feed back guys means a lot to be able to chat to you guys and the forum is ace. Cheers David.

All it takes a a small bump on any nozzle and it's done. I've done it on just about every detail brush I own. My Infinity is using the original .15 nozzle from about 2 years ago. My Evolution .2, I dropped the nozzle on the floor in the first month I had it.
Split nozzle may come from tightening the air cap with the needle chuck tight. I did that with a .4 nozzle of the Infinity a while back.
