Budget AB stand & Trigger mod

Needle-chuck Ninja
As I am new to the forum I thought, I would come bearing a small gift for the warm welcome I have received.
The base is 160mm long by 120mm wide, 16mm MDF and a piece of garden hose from an (Insert offending persons names yard) cut at 30 degrees and hot glued in place. The small blue wedge is a tip off a clothes peg and serves two purposes push down, it vents the water trap and stops the brush being pulled back by the airhose

On the trigger I used polymorph a low melting point plastic that melts over 60 deg C in hot water and becomes like dough and you can form it to any shape, when it cools to about 55 deg C it hardens to a rigid tough plastic that can be drilled , tapped , cut and sawn. I have used it for masks and templates . It will get tacky when you put thinners or acetone on it , but it will dry out quickly .

Hope this helps or inspire something.

Just a quick side note with the yoked shapes trigger because the trigger was a little hard to depress I increased the contact area my finger sits on,, decreasing the pressure felt by my finger. Without having to decrease spring tension. I think a lot of AB trigger springs are cut when a better finger fit button would have been better choice. Its not an original idea, just an old shooters trick for better feel on heavy triggers
