Firstly thanks for the speedy reply. i tried to watch the video but the link didnt work.
The nozzle was loose as i give it another cleaning before i sent it to you and forgot to tighten it up, but as you can see it is in perfect condition. you say the trigger screw was tightened all the way in, would this cause the problems i was having?? or do you think its my compressor??
sorry for the questions i just feel a bit of a tool if theres nothing wrong with it

Just resived the micron and give it ago.
I saw some little air coming in the cup tighten the nozzle an bit untill it was gone.
I loosen the trigger the screw was all turn in perhaps you like it but I loose alot of control with pulling the trigger that hard.
Made an small video not each holding the Phone and the airbrush
This at 10 psi Etac efx reduces about 5:1 Burnt Umber
