can cm-cp use cm-sb Needle and nozzle?

HI:
I want ask do someone have cm-cp and use cm-sb's Needle and nozzle, it it work good as cm-sb? I mean the spary work and line work, other things such like easy change color and MAC I do not care about.

Either the complete head nozzle and special needle. I asked Iwata that exact question. Because the tapper on the needle is different you need the correct head set.

sorry, my english not very good, so you mean can not do I only change the needle and nozzle. If I want do that, I need change all the head set ,right?

Yes because of the gap around the nozzle and tip of the head set. Iwata sell the complete conversion for around $153
