Space between needle and nozzle

Hey guys
I have iwata revolution cr 0.5, and i noticed lately that there is a space between the needle and nozzle, there some photos:



This is a problem? What can i do?

And another question, the sealing of the nozzles no longer exists, it has some red sealing, what is it?
how can i seal it?

Yep, I have to agree, looks like the nozzle is flared out a bit.

ditto the above,
time to replace the nozzle, you may have been a little over enthusiastic when cleaning the nozzle / inserting the needle.

Beeswax is often handy to seal things like this, but in this instance its not going to help until you replace the nozzle

AND I suggest you head over to the introduction section and do a proper intro, with what you're using
(brush / paint) what you like to paint (subject / substrate) and where you live on the planet,
it will help when we suggest solutions that might require parts purchases

Definitely flared. It will affect the airflow over it as well. You probably have some bubbles in the cup as well.

So Because of this i got problem with the paints? Splitters, and the paint dry before hitting the surface?

yes it will cause those things ,also you might try soaking the nozzle in restorer as it might be paint build up holding the needle back and keeping it from sealing too.( but the nozzle looks flared to me too and should be replaced)

I did that for, no paint in it... I will probably replace it, little expensive.
And what is "bee wax"?

Bee wax is just a soft wax used to make candles most craft stores sell it,You can also use chap stix as its a soft wax and easy to find,just a small dab on the threads is all you need.

And since the term "chapstick" isn't used everywhere, that would be 'lip balm"

We do have it in Britain but I've never seen it here in Holland so I would assume that that will be the case throughout Europe and possibly other non English speaking countries, chapstick is actually a brand name which I believe to of American origin just as Kellogs,.
