Double Actioner
i was tinkering with different ideas to improve aspects of apparel decoration

along comes huskystafford with an idea (airbrushing) that was just a slight divergence from one of the methods i was trialing;
that being bleaching via spraying (different hand-type sprayers)

when he posted his airbrush example on a tee and spoke to the longevity of the process, i began researching the viability

and here i am

thanks for having me (and for helping me with that strange confirmation email issue)

i have an iwata trn-2 on the way with the 0.5mm nozzle, which should be a good fit for me as t-shirts/hoodies will be 95% of my airbrushing
i have designs i have been putting on apparel so my main focus will be slight re-jigging to make them stencil-friendly
depending on the results of trials i may end up using vinyl for the text portions, so a hybrid system
i do have some ideas to make the bridges look design-purposeful, so i am hoping to abolish the need for vinyl

i just finished reading the intro post by OldFatBald and appreciate the sentiments therein
but it may be quite awhile before i can garner the courage to post my 'art'

i will be more apt to post a pic of an idea for a process adaptation

the view of the possibilities in the right hands/minds is very impressive and inspirational to me though

I know the feeling well Buddy. I learned a lot from posting the messes I had made and just listening to the advice from the comments. I understand the feeling, but don’t be concerned about posting any pics. The result will be some great advice that can speed up the learning process. No pressure though Buddy, when you’re ready.
