My name is Damian Garrot and I like...pies. Anyway, I also live in Miami, Fl...yuck. I'm 34 yrs old and I've been researching on how to detail cars and fix small paint defects on vehicular paint for a months but just my vehicular paint so it's not like i'm starting out my own business. So, now i'm trying to find out more about the ABs and how to pick a good contender to start on this little project of mine which of course as you might have figured out consist of touching up nicked and chipped paint on my car. I'm also planning to turn AB into a hobby after i'm done with the project.

Well first off welcome home.
Now huge difference in fixing a scratch and a chip but if you want a work horse of an airbrush then I will suggest the IWATA Eclipse CS or BCS.
The CS comes with the .35 set up and the BCS comes with the .5
It will not only aid you in fixing those battle scars on your ride but allow you to venture in to actual airbrushing and doing graphics with it.

Welcome aboard from the Fingerlakes! Lots of folks here to offer help and advice on gear and technique, as Herb has already done :) Enjoy your time here.

Maybe its not a spelling error, maybe he likes his extra N in his name :p but if you are correct you know we are more than happy to change it accordingly :)

Pies.....Nom nom nom, We like pies . . . and shine . . .

I see you have already got a thread going for the vehicle repairs so all that is left for me to say is Hi from Australia

Welcome to the forum. I like pies too probably too much... eclipse is a good all round ab so if you get one it will last you a lifetime unless you break it.
