Alrighty everyone I just wanted to say thanks to not just you all but Toyohiro Iwamoto a manager for Fuso Seiki Co, LTD. which is the parent company of the new RichPen manufacturing apparently. I went to their website and found the contact information thanks to advice here. I sent them an email regarding parts for an older RICH AB100 that I’ve aquired and it is in awesome condition except for the needle cap. So I sent them an email asking about replacement parts and within a few hours I had a reply from Toyohiro who is again a manager. He told me that of course my airbrush was a different brand but the parts for the new RichPen 112A were compatible so he would send me a quote soon. I got the quote and for $18 I got a new needle cap and new needle as a spare shipped to me from Tokyo Japan. I’m most amazed that I sent sent them payment Monday morning and the package just arrived today Wednesday via DHL. Basically this post was just to let everyone know that I appreciated the responses I got when asking questions and secondly that RichPens customer service is top notch. So good I may just buy a new brush in a different model from them.

They don't put a lot of info or ads or catalog out there, but I've found they are very responsive to any communication as well.

That’s what I thought to. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I got with them. I put the new needle and needle cap on this morning and she’s shoots like brand new!

Crazy enough I just found a brand new Rich AB-200 for sale still in the package. I bought it for $55. Only problem is it’s coming from Switzerland so it may take a bit to get here. That’s okay though all I have is time. Lol

At least I know I can possibly order a parts for my mojo (213c) if I need anything. Prices don't seem too bad, shipping would probably be the deal killer as I found last week when I thought I'd lost my needle cap. Good to hear you got your parts though @Porkrind and the airbrush is working well.

I must comfirm this thread also! Thanx to mr Iwamoto from FUSO SEIKI- I am using a RICHPERN PHOENIX 223c for a months now and it is just superb airbrush Thanx mr Iwamoto
