Master brand, quality??

Asking here since I am not sure what subform to post this.

Is Master brand quality good or should I steer clear? I am looking to purchase a hose, Q/D, and couple other fittings. I could spend $26 at TCPglobal or $50 for same thing Grex branded.

The grex Mac valve w q/d however I trust is worth the extra from reviews here.
In comparison to ...well any other Mac currently available.

Again I'm gonna recommend spraygunner over tcp global
For such things
Their no-name is the same stuff.
https://spraygunner.com/quick-coupling-set-5mm-1-8-by-no-name-brand/

They've been a great vendor for a lot of people here. Prices are about the same and I like supporting small companies.

Nothing against tcp but they get plenty of business from us car sprayers.

Plus when they introduced no-name they said anything that kept less than a four star rating they'd tstop carrying and run over the remaining stock with trucks in the parking lot....which sounds fun.

I would stay clear of the master airbrush if possible, they do tend to be of poorer quality. However occasionally you do get a good one but thats if your very lucky. I would look for some % off coupons rom HobbyLobby or Michaels and try to get an eclipse or something similar. I know theyre more expensive BUT almost guaranteed quality and issue free spraying. other places may have them cheaper, this needs to be researched first.

The grex g-mac is expensive but is super quality, i've had mine for over 10 years no issues, and the mac valve is very good. Chinese ones are almost on or off.. If you have the budget, get one even if you don't use the mac valve part at the moment, you may find you want to use it later on in your airbrush journey.

You get what you pay for... OK if that is the best you can afford... but you are better off saving up and get something like an Eclipse.

Why are so many not reading the original post properly lol, Amrogers3 isnt after a brush, just some bits and pieces.

When you buy a Q/D just make sure it will fit your brush, there are differences between them :)

There isnt a lot of difference in the quality of the airhoses in my experience but the difference in QD's/ MAC valves etc can be huge

And yes, Spraygunner is a great guy to deal with, always happy to answer any questions you have

If they bring it Master branded from Fengda, than they're OK. All I had were OK, but stay away from those with built in MACs in the QD.
