Is all Airbrush compressor Oil the same? My silaire 20-A takes a certain oil but if I could use something cheaper maybe what they have at Lowes will I have any problems down the road? I've been using Badger compressor Oil since it's cheaper and the old Chicago Airbrush site told me It would work out.

Buy just compressor oil. Airbrush compressor oil is the legal way to get some extra $$ off your wallet;)
Main feature of the compressor oil is less foam at work compared to engine oil, but there are some other features also. You would see what the foam is if you'd pour some engine oil in the compressor, but do not do that:) Find compressor oil, there are some brands on the market.

I have a sil-air 50-24, did an oil change about two months ago with some synthetic compressor oil I got from Home Depot, works all the same. Had some Silent-Aire oil left, but not enough for an entire change, and the viscosity was the same when I drip tested them. It was like $6 a quart
