long story short, something come up yesterday, so I didn't soak. I just cleaned airbrush and stuff and put it away. Today no paint come out. Tried with cleaner, No cleaner come out. I tried on steady 10 psi. I changed nozzle and needle and it worked normal on 10 psi. So I removed ''new needle'' and put back the one which I didn't soak, It sprayed normal. I put back old ''unsoaked'' nozzle and it didn't spray again. So I know it is a problem in nozzle. I up-ed the pressure to 45 psi and it sprayed normal with ''unsoaked'' nozzle and needle. Then I soaked nozzle for one hour, clean it and try it again. No luck.
Inspected with magnifier it doesn't look cracked not flared. When I look inside of it it looks clean and I can see from one end to other without problem. So I just soaked that nozzle to see what will happen tomorow with it, but I am still wondering do I miss something.

I sprayed at 10 steady psi cleaner, but when I spray paint i use 10 drops paint and 50 drops reducer. It works. Until today.
Am I missing something?
thx for help.

Does the old nozzle causes any bubbling in the cup? It's just the first thing that's come in my mind.
no Vladimir. There is no bubbling. I Can back flush normally. Forgot to mention before. It acts like normal nozzle, just cleaner doesn't come out at 10 psi, but it does at 45...

Strange.
I remember having such thing when there was a problem with air valve O-ring. But it was like works - doesn't work - works ... in any combinations. But from what you've said it's not your problem it seems.

Clean nozzle and no bubbling, new nozzle works... no reasonable thoughts here.
I'd soak the thing and would check again. I usually soak problematic things in the paint remover. You will always have everything off. But don't soak for a long time, especially bare brass parts. Usually it takes less than an hour to have the things clean.

I soaked nozzle for one hour, tried again. Doesn't work at 10 psi. Works at 45...I didn't drink alcohol drinks in my defence -.-

Inspect the nozzle while the needle is putting some pressure on it.
I did that. Needle comes out normal. But I didn't do that in airbrush. I did it when I was cleaning "unsoaked" nozzle and needle. Should I do that while there is in airbrush?

I can only wait for what you'll say. No ideas for now.
What Robby's said sounds reasonable. To check the nozzle with the needle installed.

I can't find crack on nozzle... I put at 60 psi, sprayed bunch of cleaner true it, like half od dcl and still the same. At high pressure this nozzle works, at low doesn't. But the other nozzle works at low pressure.

And only with one particular nozzle.
Ok, also try a little lip balm at the nozzle base.
don't have it. The freaking thing is, that nozzle worked until today.
Not to mention I used yesterday highly reduced paint 10 drops paint 50 reducer...
