Hi

I have an airbrush that I want to get working again. I did some searching and it looks just like a old style Badger 200, but there is no stamped name on the one I have, and the blue end cap is different.

Here is my question.

What goes inside of the blue end cap?

yeah, I'm going to say that it is unusual to see a model 200 with that sort of handle. Usually they have a pass thru for the needle, along with the chuck at the rear to adjust the needle with.

Hi

I am starting to get the feeling that the handle is not the original handle.

Hi

I got an actual old stile Badger 200 yesterday, and all of the parts swap right over. I just figured it used a different needle adjusting system, but that does not seem to be the case.

I just got in a very early Badger 100. There are no markings pressed, stamped or engraved into the body, only a metallic sticker with brand and serial number printed on it. If the sticker was removed, could explain why there are no markings on the body of your sample.

Hi

Thanks for the info about the sticker, that would explain why the parts on the stamped version fit so well onto the unmarked version. I also ordered up the proper handle. Now I need to find out what the difference is between the fine, medium, and heavy nozzles are.

Hi

I have it back in usable condition, with a heavy nozzle and needle. The external mix air brush in the pictures has a rod sticking out of the paint tube, is that supposed to be there, I cant find a manual for it so I do not know for sure.

Here are some pic's.

hahahaha, All I got is I don't think that belongs there . I would guess at the owner used the rod for cleaning the tube, and that made a convenient place to store it.
