Or with dishwashing soap. But it can not be done with waterbased. Or maybe you can if you give it an intercoat before you wipe the soap off.

For water based paints, you could paint your base coat, then spatter with liquid frisket, then paint your final coat after the frisket sets. Spray your final coat and remove the liquid frisket. I've never used it this way, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Edit: If trying this you may want to put a coat of Trans base as an inter coat clear before putting the liquid frisket on, to protect the base layer.

Could he createx "gloss top coat" be used as an intercoat for me? I finish with a 2k clear so would be using the createx as an inter suit my needs?

What kind of paint are you using?
I would probably suggest Wicked or Auto Air trans base because they have a tough binder.

Just the basic createx..also, model mater has "neon" paint and createx has "flourescent" paint..is that the same thing?? Which would last longer

Looks like hydro print ( dipping) or whatever it is called, there is a slight texture on the black where the pattern is. N.B. i have bad eyesight :)
