Hi. I have a paasch? dual action and a small regulator. I build model boats and love the way the spray is so fine compared to a paint can. I never will be an artist. I am fond of small details. (Ngage trains)
I have been refurbishing older outboard motors. I found out that sherwin williams will scan a part with the correct color and mix up a quart.
The reason I landed here is becaus e I add decals to various things amd I had been using a spray can of gloss to make a final coat. I have a lot of Floquil paint from my train days, one of which is labelled "gloss"
so I guess I'll try that on my current outboard project.

One thing I wondered, what is good to plug the hole on the pickup jar when you want to resume spraying tomorrow. piece of paper towel did the job but I figure you pros do something more clever

Welcome from Australia. Where do you call home?
I use a blob of blue tac (plasticine type stuff) short term, a piece of electrical tape longer term.

Hi,
Welcome, I have no experience with siphon bottles so no help here.
