I got me a set of the Schmincke Candy colours. I wanted to try them because they use any carriers or need any intercoat between colour. But I don't think they are really candy colours. The one giveaway is that they are very lightfast according to their lightfast system. Secondly they use the same pigment as their other paints. So they are basically just very transparent inks.
You can spray these at about 20psi straight out of the bottle with a Micron. The black works great this way.
I got a sheet of glitter scrapbook paper and sprayed some samples. I used 10 drops of each colour to do these swatches. They don't cover the whole spectrum of colours. The top 9 are from the bottles and the bottom 3 are mixed or sprayed over another colour. I ran out of paper so I could not play any more.
