This is a totally new format for me and I see I have a lot to learn. My main objective is to learn how to Airbrush my vintage singer sewing machine to make them as close to factory smooth as possible. Later on I might venture out and do a little design work but I doubt it. I am not artistic in anyway shape or form. I will enjoy admiring your work though! Thanks for including me! Pat

Almost !!
I don’t care what gender you are, if you can do it then you should, if you’re not sure if you can do it then get training!
If I can have a shed full of power tools, have no problem with the smell of exhausts and burning rubber the Herb can darn well mend his own pants

Hey I can rebuild engines , transmission, cook , sew amd most of all make moonshine... Oh I can also hunt for me own food and not at a grocer LOL .

Well and truly jacked.. I'm like you Herb apart from the hunting bit. I had a pair of jeans in the 80's with 105 patches on them ( it was a thing then) I did all the sewing. I'm not sure if there was much original jean material left apart fron the waistband and zipper area. And being the creative one I was always the person to embroider or paint the rock band names and logos on denim or leather jackets in the 80's

Good luck with the Singer, Please post up progress pictures, we love to see how projects progress.
Sorry for the thread Jacking..

Lee
