How are you storing your airbrush's ?

I have 3 airbrush so far, I have a Badger Patriot 105, Iwata for Neo TRN1 and a Chinese knock off. I have boxes for two of them but want to keep all my airbrush stuff together. I'm not really sure how to go about that and Im looking for suggestions thanks.

I picked up several plastic bait or worm organizer boxes at a local sporting goods store. Put some foam in the bottom and I can keep my airbrushes and their bottles/cups/covers together.
This is a good ideal, I think I'm going to repurpose a tackle box that I have for loose airbrush stuff thanks.

I get that I might have a few more brushes than some. Unfortunately, I have not figured out an appropriate and workable display for my studio (yet). Brushes that I have acquired that have cases and/or boxes are usually stored packed into file cabinet drawers. There are some exceptions, like brushes that I find that I tend to use more often than others, but maybe not all the time - these ones are generally added to an easier to access location - while the cases may remain stored.

Brushes that I either use more often, or have no cases generally get fitted with quick connects, placed in weighted stands, and are added to several shelves that I put up just to keep them out of the way.

If chosen for duty, they get moved to top of a small set of drawers (pencil drawers I used for tool and spare storage/organizing). These are right next to my drawing table, and can be reached while I am at desk. On the other side of my drawing table, I have a repurposed microwave cart that I have a couple of airbrush holders for the brushes I am actively using.

The brushes I don't use very often are generally stored in the box they came in. Those that I use all the time are stored on various airbrush stands in the studio. Sometimes I wind up traveling with my brushes. Some clients opt to have another shop do repair work or a complete color change on their vehicle for a variety of reasons. That shop may not have the ability or the desire to do custom airbrush work. So, I travel to that shop and do my portion of the work there. I bought a cheap firearm cleaning kit years ago from a big box store. That cleaning kit came in a relatively nice aluminum case. I added some foam to the inside of the case, cut the top layer to fit each of the brushes I use most often away from my own shop and viola!

That looks great Trevor! Very clean looking cuts and it presents the brushes really nicely.

That case Wickedartstudio has is exactly the sort of thing I wanted for a long while. I did get a Nanuk hard case once, but had to return it due to a bad gasket, and haven't gotten around to trying again yet. I rarely travel with them, even locally, so it's not a priority.

When I'm at home, I hate having to go in and out of drawers and boxes for tools and supplies. Nothing slows down a project like having to play storage Tetris. So mostly my airbrushes just lay about on my workbench. I've got a stand that holds 2 of them, but I think what I'd like most these days is a wall-rack of some kind. Give 'em a nice display presentation and keep 'em from being clutter while not in use, while also keeping them easy to grab when I do want to use one.
