Alrighty everyone I just wanted to say thanks to not just you all but Toyohiro Iwamoto a manager for Fuso Seiki Co, LTD. which is the parent company of the new RichPen manufacturing apparently. I went to their website and found the contact information thanks to advice here. I sent them an email regarding parts for an older RICH AB100 that I’ve aquired and it is in awesome condition except for the needle cap. So I sent them an email asking about replacement parts and within a few hours I had a reply from Toyohiro who is again a manager. He told me that of course my airbrush was a different brand but the parts for the new RichPen 112A were compatible so he would send me a quote soon. I got the quote and for $18 I got a new needle cap and new needle as a spare shipped to me from Tokyo Japan. I’m most amazed that I sent sent them payment Monday morning and the package just arrived today Wednesday via DHL. Basically this post was just to let everyone know that I appreciated the responses I got when asking questions and secondly that RichPens customer service is top notch. So good I may just buy a new brush in a different model from them.
