Well this was commisioned, just the eyes on a red shirt. Seems some people lied and told people i could airbrush. Now i accidentally have customers. Was hesitant to do these on a red shirt but hey its quick 20 bucks. 20150521_190749.jpg

Only critique would be maybe a little more definition on the iris, they seem a little bit small to me.
    Love the texture, though!

Next time you might want to tape off the eyes or use a shield. It will keep the black overspray down. At least it looks like it has it in the picture. A set of small shadow lines in over reduced black would give a hint of a nose as well. My eyes want to keeps seeing one that isn't there. :)

Simple and awesome. I like them a lot. I almost wish there was more to the face cause I'm curios as to what it would look like.

I wanted to do one too, however she wanted just eyes period. I intentionally oversprayed some because on red they just looked too much like stickers. So i just tried to blend it a little. Thanks though and i completely agree on the nose thing!

Thanks, this sale came because i practiced a set on black like that. T shirts are new to me but seeing how many people ask for them i figured i better learn.

With jobs like this I would tend to over price and lose the job. 20 bucks is great for ten minutes.

The standard here is about 25 bucks if you supply the shirt. You cant really price to do big artistic things. Your competition is the standard t shirt art and pricing. Simple stuff, however ive told people i can do a very good portrait if they wanna pay for 20hours of labor :)

I actually felt guilty because it was such a small amount to paint. I can bang out eyes easy now i practiced them 100 times. Now i need to work on skulls and fire before i get comissioned to do one. Its a matter of doing the art to the level of payment. This is just a hobby and happy to make a little to offset all the new toys i bought. Compressor, airbrushes, paint and just bought a vinyl cutter
