Droplet effect with waterbased paint

Stumbled across this little gem. One more "Urethane only" effect with a workaround.
apparently the saveT is the key to it. It says it is a mild lacquer, so using a bit of some other lacquer based fixant (almost all of them) in its place may also make this work or even some other lacquer clear idk.

Still involves solvent but.... just a very weak lacquer fixative. Kinda cool though.
