Ab: Procon Boy Ps-270, 0.2mm. Bought around 2 months ago. I cleaned that thing as well as you could think, incl the nozzle. Regularly.

The more time progresses, the shorter the needle exposed at the tip has become. I had this before with my sparmax ab as well. Basically, it is virtually not visible anymore but engulfed by the tip.

This is very annoying. I don’t want to push the needle down with force or I will flare the nozzle. However, little exposed needle does not make for any quality spraying.

Has anybody encountered something similar? What would you recommend me to do?

If using water base paint soak the nozzle in Restorer 5619 mainly you have getting a build up of dried paint in that nozzle which is not allowing the needle to go through.

Mr M thanks for coming to the rescue! You were absolutely right... I was able to remove a long splinter of paint out of the nozzle that was creating the blockage.

I am glad I could help but I think we have all had that happen a few times.

Right - these kind of things are right in front of your nose but you can’t see it. Thanks again!
