Just an idea, what about pouring little bits of the mix onto the board and using a paint roller to apply it?
Has anyone tried this as wouldn’t it give a more even application than hairy brush or spraying?
Might try this also to see how it works.
Really i should paint more too lol

I do think with spraying the boards hanging them somehow vertically and spraying may help.
Not sure if its just the gun I was using but having the gun angled downwards seemed to really affect the flow so next time i’m going to try and hang the boards so I can keep the gun at an angle that may help with the material flowing better.
I’ll post pics up of how I set it all up.
I was thinking maybe getting a small wooden board, fitting some kind of feet to make it stand and then drilling a few screws into it and standing the mdf boards to be sprayed on these screws.
    Something along them lines.
What i found if i pointed my gun down to spray the boards it spat so bad it was hardly flowing but if I slightly angled it the flow seemed to improve dramatically so its just a thought that may help you guys trying it.

I know this is an old topic but what are you all using for clay? I have looked for the stuff fred has in his video and the company doesn't seem to sell it anymore and I am not sure which distributors are selling the correct stuff.

No not necessarily. The first one I bought was for face cleansing and it was course for exfoliating. Look for super fine ground.
