Some help with pressure set up

Yeah of course it can get a bit hairy some times . Well I think somewear beween 20-25 PSI is probably more that enough and I was making a joke what pressure should i be spraying at then?.I don't think would be 30-40 PSI because that would just cause problems for me.

I would also like to say I have tryed 50/50 paint ratio with Tamiya paint the model came out looking like sandpaper but this was my first time using an airbrush.

If you spray from to far away it can happen, cause paint is getting dry in the air. I use 20 psi 1 drop paint and 2 drops of reducer with 0.35 nozzle. I don't use Tamiya. Try to play with your reducer settings. You don't need to spray your model. Spray the plastic you get as left overs from parts. I remember when you assemble those models you also have bunch of plastic which holds those model parts on it.
