Hi all
I've just obtained a couple of nice new brushes (A Badger Patriot 105 and a Badger 200NH), and I've noticed that the needle chuck on the 200NH and the nozzle housing on both is super tight - like, way too tight to shift using just my fingers, and resistant to the clothes peg method that Don Wheeler recommended on his site. I'd rather not use pliers, and scratch up the chrome if I can avoid it.
Is that normal? If it was just one one, I'd think it was a factory defect and get the store to replace it, but since it's on both...
Thanks!
Mike
