Transparants/opaques, reducing and viscosity

Yes, you can make transparent paints "opaque" by adding white / black, but that increases brightness / darkness of the paint and decreases saturation. basically it makes them looking more "neutral" like. That's why you have to be very careful when using white / black in transparent paints.
And tbh I hate adding black into any paint because it makes the paint looking "dirty / muddy".
