All in a thread about Needles imported from Poland. And jagardn making a mess over there guess your not suffering from dip dry at least.
Got my wife to polish the tip the other day. Don`t know what compound she uses, but it works like a charm. No trouble spraying after that i can assure you, and no dry tip.
You guys [and gals!] are not suggesting that thread jacking occurs regularly around here, ARE YOU? pmsl!
And just to clarify, thread jacking has only ever happened once on this forum, it started three years and so far hasn't stopped
Hey Ronald, Just how often were you polishing your needles so hard and what were they made of ? I normally only polish mine to get it smooth once a year, then just give them a light touch-up if it really needed it. Sounds like you were over doing it on the " lets make it smooth and shiny like chrome" way to often. By the way where did you find the Marissa K33 needles, what are they make of, and what airbrush are they originally for ? Do they come in different shaft stock diameters ? Oh and how is it polished to match the nozzle, do they come as a matched needle/nozzle set. or are you polishing them to match ? I know I ask a lot of questions, but that's how we learn, grow and make our airbrushes and work better. Thank you for the info in advance. Spritz
Man I wish the dates on these posts were in larger fonts. I just realized this thing is from 2015. Well as they say, better late than never .
I never polish my needles the K33 needles have a coating that makes em real hard and smooth downside is those needles break if you drop them I switched to a different needle but I dont know if those needles are still on the market maybe @Dave G. knows more about the "rocket needle" and if those needles are still being sold
Nah, I got no info on the Rocket needles. Not sure what happened with Robby, but have not heard from him at all.
